2024 MASN Spring Conference
April 13 & 14, 2024. Exhibit dates April 12 & 13, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, St. Louis Airport
The 2024 Missouri Association of School Nurses (MASN) Conference registration is up. This year’s theme is Giving Students the Best of Us. MASN anticipates approximately 175-200 participants. Participants will include school nurses, school nurse administrators, and public health partners.
Exhibits are scheduled 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm. on Friday, April 12 and again during breakfast, a mid-morning break on Saturday, April 13th. Space is limited, so we welcome exhibitors, based on a first come (paid space), first served basis. You will be able to set up your exhibit between 4:00 and 5:30 pm, on April 12, 2024.
The fee for exhibitors is $150.00 (non-profit) or $300.00 (for profit) per exhibit table. Exhibit space includes a 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, draping and limited electricity. If you need electrical outlets or any additional equipment for your exhibit, or internet access, please indicate those needs on your registration.
In addition to exhibiting, there are many sponsorship opportunities available for your consideration. We are also seeking donations for door prizes to be given to conference attendees at the conclusion of the conference.
You are responsible for your own lodging arrangements. Overnight room reservations must be made directly with the Crowne Plaza Hotel, St. Louis Airport.
