New location: Department of Health & Senior Service Building

MASN Board of Directors Meetings should be held twice a year.  The purpose of this meeting is to hear reports of activities, conduct business, and use strategic planning to accomplish goals of the organization. 

Duties of the Board of Directors:
1. Act as an advisor to the President regarding policy, procedures and direction of organization.
2. Report Executive Committee actions at the succeeding Board of Directors meeting.
3. Review the Operating Guidelines.
4. Make recommendations to the Board of Directors. Individual officer’s recommendations must be made via Executive Committee prior to Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors shall consist of the Executive Committee, two representatives elected/appointed from each of the MASN districts and two members of each committee.
