About this event

It's time to register for the 2025 Missouri Association of School Nurses (MASN) Conference. This year’s theme is Navigating the Wilderness of School Health. The conference sponsored by the MASN anticipates 175 - 200 participants. Participants will include school nurses, school nurse administrators, and public health partners.

 

Exhibits are scheduled 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. on Friday, March 28th and again during breakfast, a mid-morning break and at lunch on Saturday, March 29th. Space is limited, so we welcome exhibitors, based on a first come (paid space), first serve basis. You will be able to set up your exhibit between 5:00 and 6:00 pm, on Friday, March 28, 2025.

 

The fee for exhibitors is $150.00 (non-profit) or $350.00 (for profit) per exhibit table. Exhibit space includes a table (6 ft.), 2 chairs, draping and limited electricity (additional $50). If you need electrical outlets or any additional equipment for your exhibit space, or internet access, please indicate those needs on your registration. 

 

In addition to exhibiting, there are many Conference Supporter opportunities available for your consideration. We are also seeking donations for door prizes to be given to conference attendees at the conclusion of the conference.

The “cut-off date” is March 13, 2025, at 5 pm., for a standard room rate of $119 plus any applicable taxes.
